Okay I really wanted to go to this place (El Champion Bar) I've heard about it so we went just for drinks and conversation, the drinks very water down and miniature size glasses, so bad that the waiter after seeing the drinks weren't being drank they brought us another round on the house with a courtesy shot of (Mezcal) and (Licor de Pasita) wish I totally recommend, I will always give it a second chance and I'll be back to spend some time,

Fantastic Burgers & Outstanding Customer Service! I recently visited GASPAR, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles.
This place was such a treat. The food was amazing and innovative, burgers were cooked to absolute perfection. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was somehow both casual and fun. Also free tequila shot when we walked in the door (and the good stuff, Añejo. Would not skip the friend bananas/plantaines.
Yummmm!! Located in one of the trendy areas of Guadalajara, this restaurant offers mostly American food with a Mexican touch - that's burguers and fries with some Mexican ingredients. This little spot has been one of our favorites for over two years. We come here at least once every time we are in town. We've also tried the Providencia location and while the food is just as good, it isn't quite as charming. The Colonia Americana location has a great little patio just above the sidewalk and with great tree cover. Our favorite dishes are the classic burger and the smash burger.
Wonderful restaurant to check out while in colonia americana. Visited recently with my gf and was very impressed. The ambiance of GASPAR is very unique and the restaurant is beautiful (nestled in a quiet area in chapu) The service was amazing, staff routinely came up to check up on us and also provided recommendations. For the food I ordered the clásica burger & my gf the spicy chicken sandwich. The flavor of both of our burgers was fantástic. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had (and I’m from the U.S.) the burger had a unique sauce that gave it a little kick. Fries were 10/10 and were perfectly crisp and lightly salted. My gf said spicy chicken sandwich was one of best she had ever tasted The portions were a little on the smaller side but they were just perfect to leave feeling satisfied and full. They also have unique drinks (my gf ordered a margarita and it was increíble) All in 10/10, if you are in colonia americana you must try Gaspar
In Gaspar our family came like to home! Always tasty food, kind personal who work there, delicious burgers! Kids menu, can have better and healthier options! Just love it this place! Highly recommend!
